Our
house was built in early 90’s in Zelenika, by Herzeg Novi for comfortable
and peaceful holiday of our family and friends. It is located between
mountain Orijen and Adriatic see and guests can enjoy beauty of fresh
unexplored mountains and sunny cost of Boka Kotorska fjord as well
as exotic ancient city of Herzeg Novi. |

Haus Helena consists
of 2 apartments, 80m2 each fully furnished with balconies. Guests
can use Mediterranean garden, enjoy breakfast under fig trees, use
washing machine, grill, secured parking, bicycles to explore surrounding
area. Each apartment has TV and fully equipped kitchen with coffee
machine, fridge, cooker, toaster…

Ground floor apartment accommodate
up to 8 people and consists of 3 rooms. First bedroom
has 2 single bed and second bedroom has 1 single and 1 double bed.
In a sitting room we have additional 3 sofas. Apartment has also kitchen,
two balconies and bathroom with shower.

Attic apartment accommodate
up to 6 people and consist of one big open space
room with 2 double beds and one single bed and one sofa. Apartment
has kitchen, dinning area, bathroom with bath and balcony.

NATURE |
Zelenika (Zeleno=green) is place with a lot of water which allow grow of vegetations and plants, so place is very green even in dry summer to contrary to many other locations on Mediterranean. In Zelenika you can pick directly from the three lemons, mandarins, oranges, pomegranates, fortunela, grapes, figs… You can obtain vegetables from local villagers and also collect drinking water from several natural water sources in the neighborhood. |

LOCATION

House is situated in Sasović, part of Zelenika
close to old Turkish bridge. It is located about 1000m from coast
and from center of town. In Zelenika center one can obtain food and
all other necessities and enjoy night life in several bars and
cafés. |
